Our Office
Our Lead CSR, Tracy Taylor, has been at BVH since 1999. She knows most of our clients and patients by name and works daily to help improve our hospital and our customer service team. Our rock-solid team of receptionists includes Michele, Laura, Jen, Amber, and Tina. They are certainly some of our most valuable employees and help keep our hospital running as smoothly as possible. They are wonderful at handling the unexpected and working with our clients during some of their most difficult life choices. They never have two days that are the same and they strive to meet each challenge they face with a smile and grace.
Our Technical Staff
Our technical staff are very motivated, hard-working, and caring. We currently have three licensed technicians; Jackie H RVT, and Ashlie RVT. We feel this is an outstanding accomplishment! In addition to these technicians, we also have a qualified team of veterinary assistants, which include Melissa, Myah, Holley, Jenna, Fiorela, and Vanessa. Our well-stocked pharmacy is led by Katie RVT and Cynthia Pharmacy Tech.
We strive to have a friendly, well-educated staff. To accomplish this, our staff has in-house training every other week to keep current on anything and everything related to pet care.
