Calvin is the orange tabby, and the younger of the two. Hobbes is the black and white. Calvin thinks he's the ruler, but it's really Hobbes who runs the show. They are a great source of fun, amusement, love and cuddles, and they are proud of maintaining their most catlike characteristics. They love hot fires on the cold winter nights, and even though they pretend to want to go outside, they are quite comfortable to stay safe and warm inside. We brought them home as kittens from the Tracy Animal Shelter in 2006. They are about 3 weeks apart. We love them!
